Sandra Hess
[edit]The article Sandra Hess seems to be a direct copy of [1]. From the similarity of your username with the creator of that site, it seems likely that you're the same person. If that's the case, you need to explain this on the talk page of the article so that people know about it and don't tag it as a copyright violation again, and you need to be aware (if you aren't already) that by contributing your article to Wikipedia, you release it for free use and editing under the GNU Free Documentation License, you aren't just "giving permission" for Wikipedia to use it (see Contributors' rights and obligations).
Also, the image Image:Sandra hess-fhm.jpg that you uploaded is presumably copyrighted by FHM, so it can't be on Wikipedia unless you think it qualifies as Fair use somehow, in which case you should say so on the image page with a template like {{fairuse}}.
