I know for a fact that ADAW came out before Angst, and I have numerous pieces of evidence to back that up. First of all, I became a KMFDM fan shortly after Money came out, and remember their "Sucks Money" tour in late 1992. I clearly recall being extremely excited about ADAW, because it was the first truly "new" material they'd released since I'd started listening to them, as I already had their entire backcatalogue. Second, consider that Blood was an older track, and the version on ADAW was the one originally slated to be released on the aborted Apart album. Third, look at the cover art for ADAW, Angst, and Light. You can see a clear progress in the "story" of those three covers, with ADAW first, Angst second, and Light third. 206.180.38.20 (talk) 21:05, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
All of these "pieces of evidence" are subjective original research, and therefore are irrelevant to these two articles. Even your own edit summaries confirm that you don't know when this CD was actually released, you're just guessing (partially corrected?). Until a reliable source shows otherwise, I'll remove the date entirely. The date should not be re-added without a source. MrMoustacheMM (talk) 21:36, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, Amazon is a reliable source, so this time add in the date and give it a reference. Your edits looked like original research until now, which is why I reverted them, as everything I had seen (admittedly from unreliable sources) claimed Dec 20, and there seemed to be no good reason to change the dates (it's rare that more than one single comes out before an album). When adding this sort of data, you should always source it, instead of relying on subjective (and who knows how reliable) memories. (Really, it would be nice if Sascha would update the KMFDM discography pages to include the day and month of each release.) MrMoustacheMM (talk) 22:01, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I really do remember it coming out beforehand, because a friend who worked at a music wholesaler got me an advance copy of the ADAW, and when Angst came out later, I thought it was weird that it also included Sucks, which had been out for a year already, and had seemed like another orphan single, apropos of our discussion about Split.206.180.38.20 (talk) 22:25, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Honestly, I trust that you remember correctly, it's just the whole "source" thing. I've added a ref to those 3 pages for that date. I left a message on your talk page. MrMoustacheMM (talk) 22:38, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
