Reliable data is required.

There is no mention of the WGRB triathlon 4 of these are UK origin based in the NE
in 2021 Ian Lambert broke the record with 7 mile swim 170 mile bike and 43 mile run only taking a max 5 min break over 2 days. That was broke by Steven Green in 2022 7 mile swin 181 bike and 46 mile run.
This weekend Will Davis smashed that with 7.2 mile swin 186 bike and 46.8 run in under 33hrs he was accompanied by a lady Gemma Sharples who completed the same non stop distances 30mins longer
