Cerberus is a boss in the first-person shooter computer game Blood by Monolith Productions. Cerberus is the third major boss of the game. Somewhat akin to its Greek counterpart, the Cerberus in Blood has multiple heads, however this version has only two heads. Each head must be destroyed to defeat the Cerberus. This Cerberus can breath burning balls of explosive napalm, bite into its enemies, and it's believed as the source of the Hellhound enemy of other levels in Blood.

There are believed to be 5 Cerberuses in the entirety of Blood's history. One exists at the end of episode 3. One is found on the hardest skill levels in the second to last level of episode 4: "In The Flesh". One of them also guards Tchernobog in the final level of episode 4: "Hall of the Epiphany". Also, in the mission pack Cryptic Passage two Cerberuses attack you in the final level: "Castle" at the end as the end bosses.
