"Militias, calling themselves Patriots, are being formed across the state and are currently operating in Lakewood, Longmont, Boulder, Greeley and Fort Collins. The Fort Collins group is led by Duncan Philp, who has been a member of Pete Peters' LaPorte Church of Christ. a racist and anti-Semitic church that embraces the ideology of the Christian Identity movement." - The ADL
This lie a is posted on the website called Nizkor by a man named Ken McVay who claims to be a citizen of your province British Columbia. The Anti-Defamation League, which pretends to defend Jews from persecution in the US, posted this lie on their website and in a report they issued during the year of 1995. When I discovered their lie I sent them a letter explaining that I have never been a member of this church and in response they sent a letter of apology and removed the lie from their website and future reports.
I have since learned quite a bit about the ADL and groups like it who profit from fear. Their tactics are to lie about anyone or anything they perceive to be conservative and pull off what has become in essence a neo- McCarthyism type scam on people in the USA.
"I am not know nor have I ever been a member of any neo-nazi party senator McCarthy" or rather Mr. McVey.
Notice how the paragraph or evidence I have provided never offers a source for the information McVey post on his website and no dates. When was I member of this church? When and where did I advocate the persecution of Jews or any race of people for that matter?
The fact of the matter is I am a libertarian and very active political activist who supports our Bill of Rights and the fact of the matter is the ADL supports gun control and will go after any vocal gun owner in the US who manages to get any media attention. The ADL's credibility has been lacking for decades and they recently lost a ten million dollar lawsuit in Denver, Colorado in which they were caught eavesdropping on a private cell phone conversation and the lawyer who sued them is Jewish and even he couldn't fathom the depth of their arrogance a depravity.
I have emailed McVey and asked him nicely to remove this crap form his website he has even refused to respond to my request and so now I am forced to contact various Canadian Government officials and local media within the province of British Columbia in an attempt to expose McVay for the fraud that he is.
Sincerely yours,
Duncan Philp
It seems that certain folks have been attempting to "expose" McVay for the past ten years now. I daresay he's used to it by now, though it does get tedious to have to put up with the same crap over and over and over again. --Modemac 23:47, 25 Aug 2003 (UTC)
Mr. Philp's complaint
[edit]If Mr. Philp would be kind enough to send a copy of the apology he received from the ADL, I would be happy to post it in an appropriate place to balance the ADL's claims.

- In other words - 1. McVay publishes damaging material about people on his website, without being 100% sure about the accuracy of the material. 2. McVay refuses to remove damaging material about people from his site, even after it's been adequately proven to be false.
- If these accusations have been "adequately proven" to be false, then surely you have already sued him for libel? No? --Modemac 20:10, 7 Dec 2003 (UTC)
- Do you think all people have the time and money to sue others for libel?!
Nizkor website gifted to B'nai Brith Canada
[edit]During the summer of 2010, at the age of 69, Mr. McVay transferred ownership of the Nizkor domains to B'nai Brith Canada in order to insure The Nizkor Project's long term survival as an educational resource. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kmcvay (talk • contribs) 16:26, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
Self-promotion
[edit]" In various interviews, he has stated his belief that of the many reasons for the deniers to oppose him and despise him, one of the most frustrating to them is the fact that their arguments have been so thoroughly debunked by a man who is not Jewish and has never professed to be a world-class scholar". This strongly sounds like self-promotion and is a case of being POV. 105.8.6.150 (talk) 23:52, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
