Wikipedia talk:Submission Standards (a)
Looks fairly good. The nature section has a problem for non-US contributors, who need to use a license to upload things which are fair use in the US. Not really keen on a requirement to give the fair use factors every time, since some things are obvious and a requirement invites those who dislike fair use to delete things which are fair use simply because they don't understand fair use or don't want fair use. A request for fair use factors and requirement for a source identification would be more helpful when it comes to sorting out the actual status of some contribution in the range of English-speaking jurisdictions the Wikipedia appears in. I object to the not in violation of US law provision. --AaronSw 17:37, 27 Apr 2004 (UTC)
