[edit]Just in case anyone's wondering.. the X in the title XChé SI! is pronounced per in Italian; XChé is a playful non-standard spelling for perché and it should not be changed to Sch... or something else. I copied the title from the CD as faithfully as possible...! wathiik.

The claim that the band is named after Article 31 of Irish Constitution is dubious
[edit]The claim in the first paragraph that "The band took its name from the Irish constitutional law guaranteeing freedom of the press" is oft-repeated but dubious because
- Article 31 of The Irish Constitution establishes the Council of State, and has no relation to Freedom of the Press.
On the other hand
- "Section 31" of the Irish Broadcasting Authority Act is infamous in Ireland for censoring the sound of the voices of Sinn Féin politicians on Irish television
