[edit]There's a problem with these categories. In New Mexico, a municipality can call itself a city, town, or village. Rio Lucio is not incorporated so by that measure it is none of those. I would call it a village in regular English, however. It also does not have a post office. It is a community, that's for sure. ;Bear 17:28, 2004 Nov 10 (UTC)
