[edit]Dr. Jonathan Tucker was a UN biological arms inspector in Iraq, served with the Department of State, the congressional Office of Technology Assessment, and the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency; and is currently a Center for Nonproliferation Studies staff member.
